Senior Software Engineer (C++, IOT, Embedded Systems)

Role & responsibilities Develop and maintain legacy applications using C/C++ . Analyze, debug, and enhance existing modules. Design and support event-driven, real-time applications. Integrate with access control systems, sensors, HVAC, lighting, and IoT devices . Develop communication interfaces using TCP/IP, Serial (RS232/RS485), Modbus, MQTT, REST APIs , etc. Ensure high system availability, performance, and backward compatibility. Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software solutions. Preferred candidate profile Strong programming experience in C/C++ . Experience with event-driven architecture and multithreaded programming . Knowledge of socket programming , networking, and communication protocols. Experience with Windows/Linux development environments. Hands-on experience with hardware/device integration . Familiarity with SQL databases and version control (Git/SVN). Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience in Hotel Automation, GRMS, BMS, IoT, or Embedded Systems . Knowledge of HVAC, lighting control, access control, and building automation . Exposure to legacy system modernization and API integration.
