Data Analyst- Analytics

As a member of the Analytics team at Colgate, you will play a crucial role in supporting Colgate Business teams globally by providing Data & Analysis support. Your responsibilities will include: - Building & supporting standard Business evaluation Trackers & Dashboards per agreed SLAs - Responding to ad hoc requests for reporting and conducting first level analysis - Supporting data harmonization process set up and business as usual across all CP countries and categories - Validating trackers and dashboards to ensure consistency is maintained over different reporting cycles - Communicating and coordinating with Divisions and subsidiaries to investigate and resolve discrepancies - Working on different datasets & systems and linking business rationales to develop & support Analytical solutions - Collaborating with Business teams in Corporate, Divisions, Hub, and countries to understand requirements and collaborate on solutions - Engaging with Internal Analytics teams & Information technology teams to develop sustainable and standard reporting trackers - Partnering with external data vendors to ensure timely data availability with appropriate data sanity To excel in this role, you will need: - Bachelor of Engineering/Sciences, MBA - 2 years of experience in Data Transformation/Visualization tools such as R, Python, SQL, Cloud solutions (GCP), DOMO, Microsoft - Ability to Read, Analyze, and Visualize data effectively - Strong Verbal & Written Communication skills for Business engagement - Willingness and ability to experiment with new tools and techniques - Good facilitation and project management skills Colgate-Palmolive is a leading global consumer products company focusing on Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care, and Pet Nutrition.
