Job Title: Architect / Junior Architect Experience - 3/5 years - Experience on sports/ corporate/ residential/ institutional/ industrial projects. Vacancy No.: 3 Nos Job Location; Vikhroli, Mumbai : We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architect / Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical drafting skills, a good understanding of architectural drawings, and the ability to convert concepts into accurate construction documentation. Job Responsibility : - Develop and present architectural designs and concepts. - Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. - Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications. - Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. - Conduct site visits and inspections as needed. Key Skills - - Proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering software. - Strong project management abilities. - Excellent design and visualization skills. - Effective client communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
