Dynamic Authorization Engineer (ABAC)

Design and implement solution involving information security and compliance needs. Provide in-depth technical knowledge and expertise during pilot, proof of concept stage, or organization-wide deployment. Resolve complex compliance problems where in-depth security evaluation is required. Lead the development implementation of tools such as NextLabs Pathlock. Creation of test scripts around data masking, entitlements, access roles, generating ERP alerts and SIEM integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand compliance requirements and translate them into effective compliance policies. Administer and maintain NextLabs, Pathlock products and technologies to ensure optimal performance and compliance. Creation of documentation, ERP security policies and procedures. Basic Qualifications : Bachelor s degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience OR In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required Experience applying ERP security features and best practices. Understanding the concept of Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) and experience in deploying policy-based access control within ERP Landscape. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence diverse stakeholders. Prior experience as a people manager. Must be willing and able to travel Preferred Qualifications : Implementation experience in ERP security and compliance tools such as - NextLabs, Pathlock, ERP UI Masking. 10+ years of experience in ERP Security and Compliance arena covering Attribute Based Access Controls, Role Based Access Controls. Experience providing technical security expertise and oversight for complex, cross-domain, heterogeneous networked environments in collaboration with Customers, the Information Technology (IT)
