QA Test Lead

Responsibilities: Set and maintain test quality standards across engineering teams to ensure consistent, reliable releases.Lead and guide Automation QAs, SDETs, and manual testers.Write high-quality integration and end-to-end tests across the product suite.Work with engineers, product managers, and delivery leads to embed quality from the start.Define and oversee test strategies combining automation, exploratory testing, and regression coverage.Build, improve, and integrate automated test frameworks into CI/CD pipelines.Own and optimise test suites and regression packs to keep them lean and effective.Support UI, API, and E2E testing using Playwright, Cypress, and other modern tools.Facilitate BDD and 3-amigos sessions to clarify requirements early.Coach engineers on quality ownership without blocking delivery.Collaborate across squads to ensure smooth cross-team functionality and integration testing.Participate in the testing, investigating issues, writing tests, supporting manual QA, and signing off on releases.
