Junior Architect / Designer

As a Design Assistant, you will work closely with the Project Architect to ensure the smooth execution of design processes. You will assist in preparing design concepts, drafting construction documents, and developing plans and 3D models with renders. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Project Architect in site evaluations, quality checks, design verification, and material/sample selection. Additionally, you will conduct site visits to ensure alignment with design plans and maintain quality standards. Your role will also involve effectively communicating design details and coordinating with production and dispatch teams to manage and monitor manufacturing schedules. You will be responsible for planning material requirements, raising indents, and ensuring the timely release of material orders. Coordination with vendors for samples and meetings will be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will play a key role in planning project and design process timelines for internal and client use. Your proactive approach to project management will contribute to the successful execution of design projects. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering on Sketchup - Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience - Location requirement: Gurgaon, Haryana Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary range of 18,000.00 - 25,000.00.
