Analyst, Carrier Billing Services Location- Bangalore/ Gurgaon Job Level- PT2 Core Employement Type- Fulltime Employee Why we need this role This role is required to do data analysis, process improvements automations. And requires to do some operational activities to be performed for carrier billing team. This role will work in close cooperation with stakeholders like Finance, IT, Sales. What you will do As a Billings and Collections Analyst you will be responsible for following:- - Process improvements with the help of some automations. - Should be able to analyse the data correctly as and when required. - Should come up with innovative ideas for effort reduction and improvements. - Aim should be to reduce manual work. - Prepare reports and graphs as and when required. - Understands the Customer and Supplier concepts and its handling in systems accordingly. What were looking for This role requires basic knowledge of billing systems (Kenan and IOA) and also to have logical mindset to always look out for improvement items and bring effectiveness via automation/process improvements. - 1-4 years of experience in operations, process improvements automations - Good knowledge of SQL, Power Query, Power Bi - Valuable knowledge of Python (preferred) - Hands on experience in Data Analysis - Experience of working and handling Telecom Billing processes - Proven record of process improvements using automations - Should be able to work on MS excel advance for generating internal reports, to manage productivity and to perform analysis for stakeholder groups. - Graduates/Post Graduates in field of IT/ Engineering, Computer Application. - Communication Skill in English (verbal and in written) is necessary What we offer you: Looking to make a mark At Colt, you ll make a difference. .
