About the role
As a DBA / Data warehousing professional in the Telecom/ISP industry, you will play a crucial role in maintaining uniform access and transparency for data assets to facilitate informed business decisions and drive profitable growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Contributing to the use of business unit data, supporting reporting, analytics, and addressing user community questions. - Assisting in data discovery, profiling, requirements gathering, testing, and documentation. - Collaborating with business units to document enterprise base and semantic layer requirements. - Estimating effort and timelines with the management team, ensuring transparent communication and meeting deadlines. - Supporting the development of business rules and logic to harmonize data. - Creating test plans and executing User Acceptance Testing for data-dependent projects. - Assisting in standardization efforts for referential data used in data analysis. - Providing regular status updates to the leadership team. - Exercising independent judgment in significant matters and maintaining punctual attendance. - Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
