Structural Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structural Team Lead to oversee our structural engineering and BIM projects. The candidate will be responsible for guiding a team of engineers and modelers, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables in line with project timelines and standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the structural engineering & BIM team on multiple projects. Review and guide the development of structural drawings, models, and construction documentation. Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and construction teams for project integration. Ensure compliance with industry codes, project specifications, and BIM execution plans. Perform design checks, clash detection, and model validation. Mentor and train junior engineers and BIM modelers. Monitor project progress, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery. Support in preparing technical reports, calculations, and documentation for approvals. Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues. Requirements Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering. Minimum 3+ years of experience in structural engineering and BIM/construction projects. Strong knowledge of structural design principles, building codes, and standards. Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, AutoCAD) and structural analysis tools (ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE). Experience in managing a team and delivering coordinated BIM models. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
