Build real features and systems used by global companies Work across the stack (frontend, backend, infra) depending on your strengths Own problems end-to-end: design, implement, test, ship Collaborate in architecture discussions and engineering reviews Build internal tools that accelerate the rest of the company Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code Participate in sprints, debugging sessions, and rapid iterations Explore complex domains like tax automation, entity management, API orchestration, and document intelligence What this role can grow into: A full-time Product Engineer / Platform Engineer with increasing ownership over modules, system architecture, scaling challenges, new product lines, and eventually leading projects or mentoring newer interns
