Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant

Role & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle EBS modules — particularly Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP). Translate business requirements into functional specifications and map them to Oracle EBS workflows for procurement-to-pay, order-to-cash, and supply chain planning. Collaborate with technical teams (developers, DBAs, BI analysts) to design integrations with third-party tools (e.g., EDI, WMS, TMS) and validate data flows. Conduct user training, develop SOPs, and provide post-go-live support to ensure adoption and process adherence across client teams. Identify and recommend process improvements leveraging Oracle EBS best practices, including setup of flexfields, security profiles, and workflow rules. Support client audits and compliance initiatives (SOX, GDPR, internal controls) by documenting configurations and validating controls within SCM modules. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Oracle EBS R12 SCM Modules (Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, ASCP) Oracle Applications Framework (OAF) or Personalization experience SQL for data validation, reporting, and troubleshooting Functional configuration of sourcing rules, requisitioning, and procurement workflows Knowledge of supply chain best practices (demand planning, safety stock, ATP, drop shipments) ERP implementation lifecycle (SIT, UAT, cutover, hypercare) Experience with Oracle Workflow Builder and Concurrent Programs Strong documentation and requirement-gathering skills Preferred Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM or Integration with Oracle Fusion Knowledge of Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) or Demand Management Exposure to Oracle BI Publisher or OBIEE for SCM reporting Skills: oracle,oracle ebs scm functional consultant,supply chain
