Sr Automation Testing (playwright, typescript)

As a QA Engineer at our fast-scaling tech-driven firm in the FinTech and Enterprise SaaS space, you will play a crucial role in ensuring zero-defect releases through automation-first testing strategies. Your main responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automated test suites using Playwright with Python and TypeScript for web and API layers. - Implementing end-to-end UI test workflows across multiple browsers and environments to validate functional and regression behavior. - Integrating automated test pipelines into CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Jenkins) to enable shift-left testing and daily regression suites. - Collaborating with product and dev teams to define test strategies, identify edge cases, and improve test coverage for new features. - Debugging failing test scripts, optimizing execution speed, and maintaining test stability across dynamic UIs and flaky environments. - Documenting test frameworks, contributing to QA best practices, and mentoring junior engineers on test automation standards.
