Application Developer, Data & Analytics

As an Application Developer Data & Analytics, your role involves developing ETL and reporting solutions as per the requirements. You will ensure that data reliably loads from various sources into the warehouse and develop user interfaces for business analysis through Analytical tools and dashboards. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with source system analysts to understand business process data relationships and windows for data extraction. - Program, test, implement, and maintain data extraction programs for moving data to the warehouse. - Develop business universes, reports, dashboards, and other business user-facing analytics solutions. - Work with the security team to ensure data security. - Coordinate with System Database and Application Administrators to optimize application performance. - Populate and maintain metadata repository with up-to-date technical metadata. - Adhere to organizational development processes and standards. Qualifications Required: - Preferably MCA/MSC (computers)/Bachelors in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Skills Required: - Proficiency in data analysis using SQL/PL-SQL. - Familiarity with ETL tools like BODS, Informatica, and DataStage. - Knowledge of Reporting tools such as Business Objects and Power BI. - Understanding of data modeling techniques. Additionally, you should gain an in-depth understanding of business functionality, benefits, and the purpose of your assignments.
