About the job Key responsibilities: 1. Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, and application software by diagnosing and resolving technical issues. 2. Configure and troubleshoot email accounts, application software, and system settings. 3. Perform basic networking tasks, including network setup, connectivity troubleshooting, and user support. 4. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripheral devices. 5. Maintain IT documentation and provide timely technical assistance to end users.
