About the role
As a Product Manager, your role involves developing and executing the product strategy aligned with the company's objectives. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a comprehensive product roadmap by considering market trends, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting market research to identify opportunities and threats, staying informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and customer preferences. - Analyzing competitor products and market dynamics to effectively position our offerings. - Leading the end-to-end product development lifecycle, collaborating with technology, operations, and risk teams. - Identifying and prioritizing new features, improvements, and innovations for two-wheeler loan products. - Working closely with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and effective product communication. - Collaborating with risk and compliance teams to ensure products adhere to regulatory standards. - Continuously gathering customer feedback to understand their needs and pain points. - Implementing changes and improvements to enhance the overall customer experience with two-wheeler loan products. - Utilizing data analytics to make informed decisions, track product performance, and optimize product features based on key performance indicators (KPIs). - Staying abreast of regulatory changes in the financial industry and ensuring that products comply with relevant laws and regulations. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus. - Proven experience of 2+ years in product management, preferably in the financial services or lending industry. - Strong understanding of two-wheeler loan financing products and market dynamics. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration. - Experience with agile product development methodologies is desirable.
