About the role
As a UI/UX Designer at ComplianceQuest, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience. You will collaborate with various teams to turn concepts and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Your goal is to anticipate user needs, advocate for them, and ensure the final product surprises and delights them. Responsibilities: - Maintain the company-wide UX style guide, including guidelines and patterns for new feature development and existing functionality improvement. - Advocate for design-centered changes and refinements, prioritizing accessibility. - Conduct user experience research, usability studies, design reviews, and support team-wide design efforts. - Make strategic design and user-experience decisions for existing systems, new capabilities, and features. - Perform user research for new features and product development. - Ensure optimal user experience for ComplianceQuest customers and employees across all products and devices. - Create mockups and interactive prototypes for new feature development. - Stay updated with technological advancements related to the CQ application and attend relevant conferences, workshops, and training sessions. Qualifications: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent practical experience. - Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams throughout the software design process. - Proficiency in creating user flows, wireframes, UI mockups, and clickable prototypes. - Minimum 3 years of UI/UX design and development experience. - Familiarity with design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Invision, or Balsamiq. - Passion for understanding and designing based on user desires, needs, and goals. - Ability to ideate from scratch and enhance features with a user-centered design approach. - Experience in communicating and influencing product design strategy. - Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of technical constraints for designing on various platforms.
