Senior 5G RAN Lab Test Engineer

Job Title: Senior 5G RAN Lab Test Engineer Location: Denver, CO Experience: 10+ Years Job Summary We are looking for a Senior 5G RAN Lab Test Engineer with 10+ years of telecom experience and strong expertise in 5G NR lab validation. The candidate must have hands-on experience executing 3GPP test suites to validate 5G Radios, Small Cells, RUs, DUs, and CUs in a lab environment. Key Responsibilities Perform 5G RAN functional, regression, and performance testing in lab. Execute 3GPP (Rel-15/16/17) compliance test suites. Validate SA/NSA architecture, mobility, carrier aggregation, Massive MIMO, and beamforming. Conduct interoperability (IOT) and end-to-end system testing. Analyze logs and troubleshoot PHY/MAC/RLC/PDCP/RRC layers. Work with tools like Keysight, Anritsu, Spirent, IXIA, UE simulators. Prepare test cases and detailed validation reports. Required Skills Strong knowledge of 5G NR architecture and RAN components (RU, DU, CU). Experience in lab setup, debugging, and multi-vendor integration. Familiarity with Linux and basic scripting (Python/Shell preferred). Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
