Senior Sr.Full Stack Developer

Role: Sr. Full Stack Java Developer Location: Franklin, TN, USA Fulltime or contract Who are we looking for? A mid-senior level Full Stack Tech developer to manage a critical activity in project. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in managing cutting edge technology applications. The candidate will be leading and driving the program/project. Job Description: • Participate in client planning and grooming with NNA application teams to understand the requirements and scope of work for the client. • Work with NNA BAs and architects to thoroughly understand the requirements and architecture. • Lead detailed technical design, build, test and deployment of application code. • Help the team members with all technical questions or issues. • Set up frequent demos with NNA business and application teams to get frequent and continuous feedback on the application software being developed in order to ensure it is completely aligned with intent. • Have daily code reviews and testing reviews with the team to ensure that the deliverables adhere to both industry and end client standards and best practices, is highly efficient, defect free, secure, highly scalable and resilient. • Responsible for implementing tools and processes to optimize product engineering throughput and quality. • Work with Ops/DevOps for deployments on datacenter and AWS. • Work with DevOps team in strengthening/automating CI/CD pipelines on AWS and datacenter. • Provide implementation and post-implementation production support. • Always deliver high quality software. Required Skills: • Overall 10+ years of experience in IT. • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience building responsive and secure UI is required. • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience building RESTFul APIs/Microservices is required. • Minimum 3 years of experience as a full stack technical lead is required. • Expert at Angular 7+, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX and Bootstrap. • JQuery experience is a plus. • Expert at writing unit tests using Karma and Jasmine. • Solid knowledge of and experience using build tools and package managers like NPM, Bower, Yarn, Webpack, Gulp, Grunt etc. • Expertise in building responsive web pages and testing them on several devices and browsers to ensure compatibility and responsiveness. • Detailed understanding of DOM and BOM. • Expert at Git/Bitbucket. • Expert knowledge of Callbacks, Promises and Observables is needed. • Solid understanding and experience with JSON and integration with RESTful APIs and SOAP services. • Experience with Selenium is a huge plus. • Experience working in Agile Scum/Kanban is a highly desired. • Ability to build ADA compliant UI is desired. • Experience using analytics and tracking tools like TeaLeaf, Google Analytics, Site Catalyst is required. • Should be a strong team player. • Expert at Java 8+ and Spring (including Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Security, AOP) or Node.js. • Expert at coding RESTful APIs. • Expertise at building highly efficient Microservices. • Expert at writing unit tests with JUNIT or Mocha & Chai is required. Should be familiar with mocking tools like Mockito or Sinon.js. • Expert at multithreading and concurrency. • Experience in at least one of the leading cloud based platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is highly desired but not required. • Should have thorough understanding of API managers (API Gateway/Reverse Proxy, API lifecycle management tool/Dev Portal). • Should have good understanding of SAML and OpenID Connect authentication and OAUTH 2.0 authorization. • Should be a fast learner of any technology. • Should be willing to adapt new technologies and platforms quickly. • Strong relational [Oracle/PostgreSQL] or NoSQL [MongoDB/AWS Dynamo DB] databases experience is required. • Experience using APM and logging/monitoring tools like Splunk or ELK is required. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. • Experience working in Agile Scum/Kanban is a highly desired. • Experience working with MQs is required. Behavioral Skills: • Resolve technical issues of projects, like report, customize developments etc. • Lead the team and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project. • Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction • Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity. • Candidate should be willing to work in different shifts. Qualification: • Overall 10+ years of experience in IT. • Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college. Certification is added advantage.
