Job Title: Business Analyst Location: South San Francisco, California ( 2 to 3 days at site in a week Contract Rate : XXXX/hr BA (Business Analytics ) / BSA (Business systems analysts) - Over 13 years of experience working as BA - Worked as scrum master (I don't have scrum certification) - In the past, I have worked on CRM (salesforce & Oracle) - Worked in different domains Skills and Qualifications Oral and written communication skills Facilitation, and interpersonal and consultative skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering high-level accuracy Organisational skills Knowledge of the business structure Stakeholder analysis Requirements engineering Cost-benefit analysis Processes modelling Understanding of networks, databases, and other technology Solution Design Documentation Project Management Quality Assurance Process Improvement
