"For Ford Dhivya Raghavan Mainframe. Total experience with 5+ years of experience in object oriented development. Education Required: Bachelor¿s or Master's degree in computer science or related scientific field. ¿ 5+ years of strong experience in ¿ JCL/COBOL/CICS ¿ Strong mainframe skills including COBOL, JCL, CA7, VSAM. ¿ Knowledge and experience with DB2/SQL, FTP, DB2 Connect, TSO/ISPF, ¿ HOD, CRIF, Data Studio, RapUp, IBM socket connections, Rexx ¿ Knowledge in IMS skills. ¿ Good analytical experience of complex applications and data relationships ¿ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ¿ Experience troubleshooting application and performance issues ¿ Handle rotational On Call Support ¿ Write code and unit tests, automation, and conduct code reviews ¿ Write scripts to validate that the code meets technical and functional specifications ¿ Work with team members to establish best practices to maximize efficiency and minimize risk. ¿ Interact and work closely with product manager to devise solutions and break them down into incremental production ready user stories ¿ Actively participate in Daily Standups, Team Iteration Planning Meetings, Team Retrospectives, and Story Acceptance Sessions ¿ Identify exciting opportunities for adopting new technologies to solve existing needs and predicting future challenges ¿ Grow technical capabilities / expertise and provide guidance to other members on the team and the program."
