Tech Manager

Title: Sr. .Net Develoepr Location: North America ( any location ) Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, related technical discipline or equivalent experience 8+ years of Software Engineering experience 5+ years of hands-on experience in web front end and services API development 3+ years of cloud platform and deployment experience Self-starter with an eagerness to constantly learn and share technical knowledge with team members; Staying current on new technologies and how they integrate with our current & future objectives Strong sense of ownership/‘can do’ attitude and high attention to detail Experience working on a distributed global team Ability to dive into difficult problems and deliver results on time and per specifications Demonstrate a high level of creativity and problem solving skills Required Skills Must Haves 8+ years of experience working with development technologies including Microsoft .NET (C#) (.Net Core, .Net 5 and .Net 6), ASP.NET/MVC, WCF/WebAPI, SQL Server, JavaScript frameworks, AJAX, REST, JSON, HTML, CSS, OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) concepts 5+ years experience developing cloud native applications 5+ years experience with MySQL and Entity Framework Understanding of AWS technologies such as ECS, Lambda Functions, RDS, Cloudwatch, X-Ray Understanding of continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) practices (GitLab) Experience with software engineering creational design patterns such as Singleton and Transient Objects, Singleton pattern, Dependency Injection pattern and Factory pattern. Experience taking projects from initial spec/requirements through design and implementation, testing and debugging, documentation, and installation in an Agile environment Strong written and verbal communication skills at building and strengthening relationships across multiple functions to drive quality through cohesive, tactical, proper testing processes • Knowledge test status & metrics reporting, creating executive-level reports via dashboards and the ability to convey the data in a clear and concise manner Nice to have Experience using development game consoles (Xbox/Sony/Nintendo) Experience with Azure Experience with one or more of the following programming languages: Python, Java, Javascript, NodeJS Knowledge of employee collaborative tools (Slack, Google Suite, Zoom)
