Tech Specialist

Create test cases based on hardware design requirements Execute hardware test cases Create hardware validation test reports Collaborate with customers and engineers to establish/clarify test, qualification, verification and validation requirements Write test plans, procedures and reports based on Automotive Standards Identify test equipment hardware and software solutions that meet customer requirements Design, develop, debug, validate & verify and oversee the fabrication of manual and automated test equipment that supports the test and project plan Develop, maintain all documentation including schematics, software documentation, and configuration control of deliverables Experience in Hardware FMEA, FTA, De rating Analysis & WCCA Experience in serial communication protocols like SPI, CAN, LIN and Ethernet. Comfort with lab equipment (Oscilloscopes, DMM, VT System & Vector Analyzers) Require preparing the Project Status reports, participating in project weekly reviews, team meetings. Required experience in configuration management tools such as SVN. Required experience in requirements traceability in IBM rational Doors tool Ability to set priorities, schedule, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong problem solving, communication and project management skills.
