Principal Responsibilities and Duties: - Provide strong leadership to the Generative AI team, managing 5 to 10 people, fostering collaboration, motivation, and commitment to delivering impactful healthcare solutions. - Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap to inspire the team and ensure quality execution within deadlines. - Lead daily standup meetings, track progress, identify blockers, and ensure alignment on sprint goals. - Gather, analyze, and prioritize detailed product requirements by engaging with stakeholders and technical teams. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews. - Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, supporting decision-making and conflict resolution. - Monitor product performance post-launch and lead continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback and data-driven insights. - Advocate for patients' and healthcare professionals' needs, ensuring compliance, usability, and value delivery.
