About the role
As a Product Lead on the Generative AI team at CompuGroup Medical, you will play a crucial role in shaping groundbreaking solutions for digital healthcare. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, communicating with engineers and designers, and executing the product vision. Your strong understanding of both product and technical requirements, coupled with your leadership skills, will drive the success of the team. Principal Responsibilities and Duties: - Provide strong leadership to the Generative AI team, managing 5 to 10 people, fostering collaboration, motivation, and a shared commitment to delivering impactful healthcare solutions. - Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap to inspire and guide the team towards quality execution and meeting deadlines. - Lead daily standup meetings to track progress, identify blockers, and ensure alignment on sprint goals. - Gather, analyze, and prioritize detailed product requirements by engaging with stakeholders, users, and technical teams. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to maintain effective communication among cross-functional teams. - Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, supporting transparent decision-making and conflict resolution. - Monitor product performance post-launch and lead continuous improvement initiatives based on user feedback and data-driven insights. - Advocate for patients' and healthcare professionals' needs to ensure compliance, usability, and value delivery in every product iteration. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years' experience in product ownership, product management, or a related role in technology teams, preferably with AI or healthcare technology exposure. - Strong leadership skills to motivate and lead a team of engineers. - Understanding of Generative AI concepts and emerging technologies, including experience with large language models like GPT, Claude, or equivalents. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. - Experience in Agile environments and collaborating closely with development teams. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. - Passion for leveraging technology to transform healthcare and improve patient outcomes.
