Senior .Net Developer - C/VB

As a Senior .NET Developer, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and development of enterprise-grade applications. Your expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, application architecture, and mentorship capabilities will be essential in building scalable and high-performance systems. Exposure to Azure and Azure AI services would be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and optimize enterprise applications using C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core. - Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions. - Apply deep knowledge of .NET internals, performance tuning, and memory management. - Design and optimize SQL Server databases, complex queries, stored procedures, and indexes. - Lead code reviews, technical design discussions, and best practices. - Mentor junior and mid-level developers. - Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Troubleshoot complex production issues and performance bottlenecks. - Drive continuous improvements in architecture, coding standards, and development processes. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development. - Strong expertise in C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core. - In-depth understanding of .NET internals and application lifecycle. - Extensive experience with SQL Server (query optimization, stored procedures, indexing). - Experience building and scaling enterprise applications. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. In addition to the specified qualifications, experience with Microsoft Azure, exposure to Azure AI services, knowledge of microservices and cloud-native architecture, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile/Scrum methodologies would be beneficial for this role.
