Product Owner Job Location: Noida Work from office Job Overview: The Product Owner will serve as the key representative of the customer within the development team, working closely with product management to define and execute the teams roadmap. With a focus on artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and data science, this role is pivotal in aligning the products goals with the overarching program vision and priorities. The AI Product Owner will maximize the value delivered by the team, providing the necessary data and specifications to deploy AI products, including the integration of generative AI technologies such as large language models (LLMs) like OpenAI, Mistral, Claude, Gemini, and LLaMA. Success in this role requires both deep expertise in AI and a strong understanding of the business domain, utilizing generative AI to enhance product definition, requirements, and strategic planning. Required Skills and Experience: - 5+ years of experience in enterprise product development or management. - Experience in management consulting, software development, or product management. - Proven track record in customer discovery and market research to identify high-value opportunities. - Strong experience developing product roadmaps or equivalent strategic plans. - Familiarity/Expertise in data analytics or AI/ML projects - Integration of generative AI and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Mistral, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA). - Experience designing and developing current products or services, particularly those involving AI and LLMs. - Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and processes. - Good understanding of AI/ML technologies, their practical applications - Extensive understanding of Generative AI's role, particularly LLMs, in driving innovation. - Experience with technology implementations in enterprise environments. - High-fidelity prototyping experience using Figma or similar tools. - Proficiency in using generative AI models and LLMs to produce high-quality requirements, use case documentation, and product specifications. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to define business problems and prioritize AI-based solutions, with a focus on integrating generative AI technologies and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Mistral, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA) to enhance product offerings. - Identify new data sources and perform gap analysis on existing data, leveraging LLMs for efficient data processing and insight generation. - Develop and manage training, validation, and test data sets for AI projects, ensuring the quality and applicability of generative AI models where necessary. - Define and maintain AI product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals, including the strategic integration of LLMs. - Leverage generative AI models like OpenAI, Mistral, Claude, Gemini, and LLaMA to streamline product definition, requirements gathering, and use case documentation. - Clear understanding of differences between AI/ML based solutions implementations vs. solutions built leveraging Generative AI, being able to determine what is the best to use based on relevance. - Create process maps, personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate the product vision effectively. - Assist in translating the companys strategic goals into actionable, data science-driven product initiatives, with LLM capabilities incorporated into the product lifecycle. - Conduct research on AI algorithms, emerging technologies, as well as generative AI capabilities and application, evaluating how LLMs can be applied to solve business problems. - Perform market research to assess existing AI products and solutions, identifying opportunities for differentiation through the use of generative AI and LLMs. - Facilitate workshops and interviews to uncover customer goals, pain points, and opportunities for AI impact, with a focus on where generative AI can provide unique value. - Collaborate with software development teams to design and develop AI-based solutions, integrating LLMs into the product architecture where applicable.
