Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Life on the team Computacenter is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors to support the design, delivery, and optimisation of HR solutions across the organization. The person would operate across business analysis, functional consulting, and solution delivery, working closely with HR stakeholders, Service Managers, and SAP technical teams. What you'll do Lead endtoend delivery of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors projects, from discovery and design through build, test, and deployment (35%)Act as a trusted advisor to HR business partners and Service Managers, providing functional and solution guidance (20%)Perform requirements gathering, run workshops, and translate business needs into highquality functional specifications (15%)Support configuration, integration, and optimisation of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules, including integrations to 3rdparty platforms (15%)Collaborate with SAP development and crossmodule specialist teams to ensure aligned and scalable solutions (10%)Ensure all HR solutions align with Computacenter standards and are secure, stable, and scalable (5%)Strong ownership mindset with a clear focus on delivery and outcomesAbility to translate complex HR and system requirements into practical SAP solutionsCredibility with senior HR stakeholders and delivery partnersProactive approach to continuous improvement and staying current with SAP SuccessFactors releases.
