About the role
Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Electronics Engineer with a strong background in RD, embedded systems, and product development . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and prototyping electronic products , with expertise in microcontrollers (ESP32, STM32), IoT systems, and AI-based applications . This role requires a self-driven individual who can take ownership of projects, work on innovative ideas, and convert concepts into working prototypes and final products. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and test electronic systems, PCBs, and embedded solutions Work on RD projects , developing new products from concept to deployment Develop firmware for microcontrollers (ESP32, STM32, etc.) Build and test prototypes , including debugging and validation Design and optimize PCB layouts and schematics using CAD tools Work on IoT-based systems (connectivity, cloud integration, data handling) Implement or support AI/ML-based features (edge AI, sensor data processing, etc.) Collaborate with mechanical, software, and production teams Troubleshoot hardware and firmware issues efficiently Prepare technical documentation, BOM, and design reports Ensure product quality, reliability, and compliance with standards Continuously explore new technologies and innovations in electronics Requirements: B.Tech / Diploma / ITI in Electronics or related field 2+ years experience in electronics design, embedded systems, or RD Strong hands-on experience with ESP32, STM32, or similar microcontrollers Experience in PCB design (Altium / KiCad / Eagle / EasyEDA) Good understanding of analog digital electronics Experience in prototyping, testing, and debugging Ability to work independently and deliver projects on time.
