About the role
Mandatory Skills 3-5 years of experience in technical support and implementation roles Experience supporting high-volume, high-value enterprise applications Prior experience working onsite at client locations Strong SQL expertise ( PostgreSQL, Oracle, VoltDB, SingleStore ) Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, TCP, XML, JSON, SMPP, and REST APIs Experience with scripting and CI/CD processes Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernete s Experience with ELK stack ( Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) Desirable Skills Industry experience in Telecom or CRM/Marketing domains Prior experience with MRTM or campaign management platforms Self-starter with a proactive, flexible, and determined approach Customer-focused mindset and strong advocacy for Comviva values Mail ID: sweta.pandey2@comviva.com
