About the role
Location: Bengaluru Experience: 25 Years Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for proactive and hands-on IT & Admin to manage day-to-day IT and administrative operations for the office. The role involves handling laptops, IT infrastructure, networking support, asset management, vendor coordination, office/event support, and ensuring smooth workplace operations. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end laptop allocation, setup, troubleshooting, formatting, and maintenance - Handle IT asset management including inventory tracking, tagging, audits, and issuance/returns - Support employees with hardware, software, Outlook, email, and system-related issues - Troubleshoot network, internet, Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, and connectivity problems - Administration of Enterprise Apps - GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, M365 etc - Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment, repairs, procurement, and office requirements, ewaste. - Manage, office logistics, shipments and admin coordination - Provide support during office events, employee engagement activities, and setup requirements - Ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding IT processes for employees - Maintain office systems, printers, meeting room devices, and related hardware - Monitor and maintain overall office IT infrastructure and network health Required Skills - Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and network troubleshooting - Experience with Outlook configuration and user support - Hands-on experience with laptops, desktops, printers, and hardware troubleshooting - Understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi setup, and basic network management - Experience in IT asset management and inventory tracking - Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) - Knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP) - Familiarity with ticketing tools - Understanding of hardware components and troubleshooting - Basic database and cloud knowledge (optional but preferred) - Good coordination and communication skills - Ability to handle both IT support and admin responsibilities independently Preferred - Experience working in startup environments - Exposure to IT procurement/vendor management - Basic understanding of security and access management systems Location: Bengaluru Experience: 25 Years Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for proactive and hands-on IT & Admin to manage day-to-day IT and administrative operations for the office.
