Skills: System Admin, System Administration, IT Admin, IT Support, Desktop Support Position: IT Manager - Operations Location: Any district in Bihar Job Type: Permanent Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Languages Required: English and Hindi Educational Qualification: - BE / BTech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA in Computer Science / PGDCA Experience: - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT operations or project coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) in the assigned district for the project. - Operate primarily from the districts central office, with travel to field locations as needed. - Report daily to the Assistant Project Manager or other designated company officials. - Oversee all operational activities within the assigned district. - Coordinate and monitor a team of 10-15 field staff to ensure smooth execution of operations. - Liaise with the District Manager of the respective department for seamless field functioning. - Ensure the satisfactory performance of all team members and resolve technical issues as required. - Work closely with staff at the District Managers Office and maintain up-to-date contact records to be shared with the Head Office. - Conduct training sessions for officials and field staff on software usage and periodically address user queries. - Report any technical issues promptly to the Help Desk at the Central Office. - Uphold integrity and ethical standards; report any corrupt or unethical practices encountered during project execution to the Project Manager immediately.
