Job description: About the Role We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to drive the quality assurance process, lead the QA team, and ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both manual and automation testing, with proven leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers.Define, implement, and maintain QA processes, standards, and best practices.Design and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases.Oversee both manual and automation testing activities across multiple projects.Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.Drive defect triage meetings and ensure timely bug resolution.Ensure test environments, tools, and frameworks are up to date and efficient.Track, report, and improve quality metrics for releases.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.78 years of overall QA experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead/mentoring role.Strong expertise in manual and automation testing (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar).Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, etc.).Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Familiarity with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar).Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Nice to Have Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).Exposure to cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure, GCP).ISTQB or similar QA certification.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Health insuranceLeave encashmentPaid time offWork Location: In person Compensation: 600,000.00 - 1,000,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurancePaid sick timeProvident FundWork Location: In person Job description: About the Role We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to drive the quality assurance process, lead the QA team, and ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions.
