As a skilled UI/UX Design Developer specializing in React, your role will involve designing, developing, and enhancing modern web applications to deliver intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging user experiences. You will collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams to translate business and technical requirements into elegant, scalable interfaces. - Design user-centered interfaces for enterprise web applications, including wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, and interaction models. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements to uphold accessibility, usability, and performance standards. - Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI patterns to ensure consistency across all UI deliverables. - Define clear page layouts, navigation structures, interaction flows, and user journeys using prototyping tools. - Build responsive, accessible, and performant UI components using React, Vite, Material UI, Redux Toolkit, React Query, React Hook Form, and StyledComponents/SCSS. - Ensure cross-browser compatibility, visual consistency, and WCAG accessibility compliance while integrating UI components with backend APIs. - Use Azure DevOps Repos for source control, branching, merging, version management, and collaborate with the team using Azure DevOps Boards for work item tracking and sprint planning. - Provide design and technical input during sprint planning, architectural discussions, and translate UX concepts into feasible technical solutions. Qualifications Required: - 37+ years of experience in UI/UX design and frontend development. - Proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS. - Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision. - Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Repos and Azure DevOps Boards. - Solid understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and interaction design. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and code review best practices. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Material UI, Fluent UI, or custom component libraries. - Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+), state management tools (e.g., Redux), and build tools (e.g., Vite/Webpack). - Comfort with micro-interactions or motion design using Framer Motion or similar libraries.
