Senior Business Operations Analyst

As a Senior Business Operations Analyst at Conduent, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing comprehensive Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into business operations and performance. Your expertise in Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel will be essential in analyzing large datasets, ensuring data accuracy, and automating workflows to optimize business processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Additionally, you will create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and data analysis models, continuously monitor and refine operational processes, and present data findings to senior management. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop comprehensive Power BI reports and dashboards for actionable insights. - Analyze large datasets using advanced Excel functions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all business intelligence reports. - Automate workflows and optimize business processes using Power Automate and Macros. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret business requirements. - Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and data analysis models. - Continuously monitor and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency. - Present data findings and insights to senior management with clear recommendations. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field with 8+ years of experience. - Proven experience (5+ years) as an Analyst / Sr. Analyst. - Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Flow, and Excel. - Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools. - Experience in business process automation and workflow optimization. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process efficiency. Preferred Skills: - Experience with SQL or other query languages. - Predictive modeling, text analytics using Python and/or R. - Knowledge of financial modeling and operational forecasting.
