As a Construction Engineering professional with an MBA/PGDM, your role will involve overseeing and optimizing construction projects and infrastructure development initiatives aligned with the company's mission and operational needs in Chennai. You will utilize your engineering background and business acumen to ensure efficient project execution, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with relevant standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the planning, design, and execution phases of construction and infrastructure projects. - Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments for proposed projects. - Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and identifying cost-saving opportunities. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project progress. - Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and quality control to ensure timely and successful project completion. - Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. - Prepare detailed project reports, progress updates, and financial statements for senior management. - Identify and implement best practices in construction management and project planning. - Contribute to the strategic development of infrastructure and facility management plans.
