About the role
Job Description for Sr. ABAP Consultant Must Have - Should have min 4.5 + Yrs relevant ABAP experience and Workflow with overall 5 7 Yrs experience. - Solid Support experience in Workflow. - Good understanding of Workflow Configuration - Very strong knowledge in SAP core ABAP (Mandatory: Reports, BDC, Scripts ). - Hand on experience in enhancements USER EXITS, BADIS. - Hands on experience in IDOCS & ALE. - Excellent communication skill. Nice To Have: Smatforms BAPIS, RFC Responsibilities includes: - Assist in mapping the requirements into SAP Processes and design the solution. Will be working in ABAP workflow environment, would be involve in Workflow configuration. - Interact with support desk and end users to resolve incidents by developing workarounds, submitting defects and change requests. - Work with end-users, technical staff, and global resources to resolve incidences for regional and non-regional configurations. - Accountable for the accuracy and completeness of documentation to support change requests. - Manage tickets in Remedy and provide documentation for incident and problem reports. - Provide high level of customer service by providing prompt support via telephone, email and or instant messaging. - Work in a support role and integrate well with the Global Support Desk. - Experience with IDOCs, BAPIs, ALE, EDI & RFCs, External command execution like Unix script calls. - SAP implementation and upgrade (desirable) experience. Provide on-call 24/7 coverage on a rotating basis with teammates (evenings, weekends and holidays). Job Location : Noida NOTE: - This is a 24*7 project and shortlisted candidates need to be ready for working in Rotational Shift. - Pick and drop services With in Noida .
