Director - Data Engineering

We are looking for a skilled Director - Data Engineering with 12-16 years of experience to lead our data engineering team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, leadership, and stakeholder management. Roles and Responsibility Lead the development and implementation of data engineering strategies and solutions. Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Snowflakes, Databricks, and AWS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions. Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and architectures for data engineering projects. Mentor and guide junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for data engineering. Job Requirements Strong experience in data engineering, including Snowflakes, Databricks, and AWS. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. Ability to design and implement scalable data pipelines. Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts. Experience with Pyspark and Unity Catalogue is desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
