UI/UX Designer

As a UX Designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and delightful user experiences by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Creating user personas and user journey maps to inform the design process. - Developing information architecture and site maps to outline the structure of websites and applications. Collaborating with stakeholders to define content hierarchy and navigation. - Creating wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts. Iterating on designs based on feedback and user testing results. - Designing visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Working closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of UI elements. - Planning and conducting usability testing sessions to gather feedback and validate design decisions. Analyzing usability test results and implementing improvements. - Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals. Effectively communicating design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams. - Ensuring designs are accessible to users with diverse abilities and disabilities. Staying current with accessibility standards and guidelines. - Contributing to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency across products. Creating and updating design components and patterns. - Staying informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX design. Actively participating in design communities and conferences. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. - Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role. - Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. - Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects. - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles. - Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
