Power Platform Technical Lead - ALM

As a Power Platform Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving enterprise-grade solutions utilizing Power Platform, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the architecture and implementation of enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions. - Owning end-to-end delivery across Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop/RPA), AI Builder, and Copilot Studio. - Defining and implementing standards, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), security, and governance models. - Designing AI-driven use cases and copilots to enhance business productivity. - Mentoring and guiding developers, fostering skill development and adherence to best practices. - Collaborating closely with onshore stakeholders to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions. The qualifications required for this role include: - Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven). - Expertise in Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop/RPA). - Proficiency in AI Builder, AI prompts, and Copilot Studio. - In-depth knowledge of Dataverse, connectors, security, and ALM processes. - Proven experience in leading enterprise-level Power Platform projects. Additionally, some nice-to-have skills include: - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in mentoring and building high-performing teams. - Exposure to enterprise AI integration strategies.
