VSTO Developer

You are a VSTO Developer responsible for designing and developing VSTO Add-Ins for Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing VSTO Add-Ins for Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Implementing Word automation features such as Content Controls, Bookmarks, Styles, Track Changes, Custom XML Parts. - Implementing Excel automation features including Workbook/Worksheet events, Named Ranges, UDFs, PivotTables, Chart automation, Data Validation. - Implementing PowerPoint automation features like Slide and Shape manipulation, Masters & Layouts, Template generation, Embedded media control. - Developing and maintaining custom Ribbon XML and Task Panes across Office applications. - Packaging and deploying Add-Ins using NSIS installer scripts, including Registry configuration, Trust settings, Versioning. - Ensuring compatibility across Office 2016, 2019, 2021, and Microsoft 365 (32-bit & 64-bit). - Debugging COM Interop, PIA binding, and Office runtime/process isolation issues. - Writing clean, scalable, and maintainable C# code. - Participating in code reviews and technical discussions. Your skills and qualifications should include: - Strong hands-on experience with VSTO Add-In development. - Expertise in C#, .NET, COM Interop, Microsoft Office Automation. - Strong experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint object models. - Experience with Ribbon XML and Custom Task Panes. - Knowledge of NSIS installer scripting and deployment processes. - Good understanding of Office runtime compatibility and troubleshooting. Please note that this is a contractual role based in Gurugram, Haryana, with a work mode of 5 days a week at the office. The contract duration is 6 months. Preference will be given to local candidates or those available within an immediate to 15-day notice period. Candidates must align 95-100% with the requirements and submit profiles within the defined budget.
