Front-End Engineer II (ReactJS)

Role Overview: As a Front-End Engineer II, your primary responsibility will be to develop, enhance, and maintain high-quality front-end code for web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of web design and user experience, optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency while following coding standards. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support to cross-functional teams with a high attention to detail - Research, analyze, and document findings - Design, modify, write, and implement front-end code for software programming applications - Oversee development projects from requirement documentation to delivery - Define project scope, create acceptance criteria, coordinate with project manager, and manage change control throughout development projects - Develop and maintain a common controls library Qualifications Required: - Ability to work independently on projects and processes with close supervision - Broad theoretical knowledge of the applicable work area - Ability to adapt situationally and understand new technology/processes as per business requirements - Knowledge of UI/UX design and object-oriented design - Ability to meet reasonable deadlines Additional Company Details: This position is based in Pune and follows a hybrid working model. Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations: - Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent business experience - 2+ years of relevant experience - Experience with HTML/CSS templates and designs, AJAX, CSS3, HTML5, jQuery, React/Redux, RESTful API, and GIT or GitHub.
