Senior Front-End Engineer II (ReactJS)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining high-quality front-end code for web applications as a Senior Front-End Engineer II at ConnectWise. Collaborating with various Engineering teams, you will ensure alignment of web design and user experience, prioritize web optimization, and uphold coding standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain scalable UI applications using React + JavaScript/TypeScript - Implement reusable patterns for component structure, state management, and API integration - Develop and maintain shared UI components, ensuring consistency with design guidelines, accessibility, and responsiveness - Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following coding standards and best practices - Optimize page load times, rendering performance, and bundle size while monitoring and fixing performance bottlenecks - Contribute to improvements in build tools, local development setup, and maintain CI/CD workflows for frontend - Write and maintain unit tests, integration/E2E tests to ensure UI reliability and reduce regression issues - Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver features independently with minimal supervision - Stay updated with the evolving frontend ecosystem and gradually take ownership of modules or feature areas Qualifications Required: - 46 years of experience in frontend/full-stack development - Strong expertise in React + TypeScript/JavaScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+) - Experience with API integration (REST or GraphQL) and state management libraries - Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, browser rendering, and performance basics - Experience with React.js or similar frameworks, component libraries/design systems, and familiarity with micro-frontend basics - Exposure to cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines Additional Details: ConnectWise is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce, providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
