About the role
Description We are looking for an experienced IBM BPM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in developing and implementing BPM solutions using IBM BPM software. This is a full-time position based in India. Responsibilities Design and develop BPM solutions using IBM BPM software Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements Troubleshoot and debug BPM applications Create and maintain technical documentation Participate in code reviews and ensure that coding standards are followed Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 2-5 years of experience in developing BPM solutions using IBM BPM software Experience in developing custom integrations using REST and SOAP web services Expertise in Java, J2EE, and JavaScript Strong understanding of BPMN, BPEL, and other BPM methodologies Experience in Agile development methodologies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills
