Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

We are looking for a skilled Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle HCM and be able to work with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions. Roles and Responsibility Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop technical solutions using Oracle HCM. Design, implement, and maintain Oracle HCM systems, including configuration, testing, and deployment. Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle HCM systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle HCM. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle HCM with other systems. Develop and maintain documentation of Oracle HCM systems, including user manuals, guides, and technical notes. Job Requirements Strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Time Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Learning Management. Experience with Oracle HCM implementation projects from start to finish. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results. Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies, such as SQL, XML, XSLT, and JavaScript.
