About the role
As a Manager, IT Operations at CC&L Financial Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, availability, performance, and security of the enterprise infrastructure and services. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end day-to-day IT operations, overseeing BAU operations, incident/problem/change management, and major incident response - Driving operational excellence through monitoring/observability improvements, automation, patching and lifecycle management, and continuous improvement initiatives - Operating and enhancing the NOC function within the India office - Leading critical incident management, root cause analysis, and preventive actions - Mentoring and managing an IT Operations team, including performance management and skill development - Engaging with internal stakeholders and vendors for infrastructure support and escalations - Ensuring high-quality documentation for SOPs, runbooks, and operational procedures - Reviewing and approving change requests, ensuring risk assessment and rollback planning Qualifications required for this role: - 10+ years of experience delivering reliable IT services in complex, regulated environments - 4+ years of experience leading teams responsible for day-to-day service delivery and operational performance - Experience supporting an investment/financial services organization is strongly preferred - Strong working knowledge of IT service management practices (ITIL certification preferred) - Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience If you are a clear, confident communicator with strong executive-ready writing and presentation skills, have proven stakeholder management abilities, and possess an operational leadership mindset, then you are the ideal candidate for this role at CC&L Financial Group.
