Architect -Technical Service Team (Sustainability)

Assist in the development and execution of green building strategies. Perform passive analysis including CFD, daylight, and ventilation studies. Support the design team with relevant sustainability insights throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate on projects to ensure compliance with green building rating systems. Knowledge: Knowledge in Green Building Rating system Strategy, Passive analysis (CFD, Daylight Ventilation) IGBC AP/ LEED AP certification added as advantage MS Office, Auto Cad, Design builder, Ecotect other applicable analysis software Skills Required: Strong interpersonal skill. Ability to work collaboratively in team environment. Excellent problem solving and decision-making. Quick learner Qualification/ Experience: M.Arch (Sustainability or General) (0-1 year experience)/ B.Arch (1-3 year relevant experience).
