Engineering design and support such as Architectural drawings, Structural drawings, MEP, BIM modeling, CAD services and 3D scanning. Sustainability such as LEED services, GSAS services, Energy services, CXA commissioning, Environmental services, Acoustical services, CEEQUAL consultancy services and BREEAM. Simulation and analysis such as Simulation engineering, Structural analysis, Stress analysis, Surge analysis, Computational fluid dynamics, detailed engineering services and Building envelope design and simulation. Thermal Imaging - Infrared Thermography SKILL: Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks Software. Ability to create complex parametric families to enhance the modeling capabilities and efficiency. Model the entire service/system independently. Preparation of BIM Manual/Project Standards. Effective communication in English. In-Depth Departmental Knowledge Proficiency in MS Office. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop BIM models for MEP services from design stage (LOD 300) to as-built (LOD 500) stage and coordinate between all other services. Responsible for assisting the BIM leads and Senior BIM Modelers. Responsible for the quality and quantity of work done. Report to the Senior BIM Modelers and BIM leads. Raise potential issues in project then and there to the Senior BIM Modelers and BIM leads. Documentation of the project files. Direct responsibilities given during the course of time by managers. Extract BOQ from the REVIT file. Strategically develop and oversee the creation of MEP BIM models, ensuring alignment with project goals and long-term objectives. Ability to generate various Mechanical layouts, sections, elevations and details Clash detection and co-ordination using Navisworks Provide assistance to junior team members in their day-to-day tasks, offering guidance and support to enhance overall team efficiency. Take a leadership role in maintaining the highest quality standards for work, actively seeking innovative solutions to improve modeling processes. Take a proactive stance in identifying and resolving potential project issues, leading efforts to propose and implement effective solutions. Participate in strategic decision-making processes, providing valuable insights and recommendations based on advanced BIM expertise. Thoroughly document project files to ensure clarity and organization for future reference. Direct responsibilities given during the course of time by managers. EDUCATION EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Should possess 2+ years experience in BIM Modeling Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360 Possess Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill.
