Job Brief We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and implementing high-quality, scalable software solutions. You should be capable of working independently with minimal supervision and possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with team members to define and execute software requirements. Develop, test, and deploy functional and scalable applications. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the stack. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Take the lead on projects and deliver within deadlines. Required Technical Skills Backend: ASP.NET, C#, MVC, .NET Core APIs: Web API, REST API, XML, IIS Frontend: JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3 Frameworks & Libraries: AngularJS, Angular, Node.js Databases: MS SQL / MySQL Additional Skills Good verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving ability and analytical mindset Behavioral Traits Dynamic, self-motivated, and self-driven Strong sense of ownership and responsibility Team player with a collaborative attitude Willingness to travel occasionally , both domestically and internationally Qualifications B.Tech, B.E., or MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
