About the role
Description: Reporting To: Chief Financial Officer Location: Coimbatore (Travel as required) About the Organization Consolidated is a high-growth, multi-vertical enterprise operating across Retail Sales (CPL), Service Operations (CPL), and Enterprise/B2B Business (CTPL). The current IT landscape includes SAP S/4HANA as ERP backbone, multiple CRM systems (Retail, Service and Enterprise), POS, service platforms, and various satellite applications integrated through custom middleware. Following rapid expansion over the past 57 years and three years post SAP implementation, the organization is entering its next phase of scale and requires a strong enterprise IT leader to stabilize, integrate and future-proof the technology ecosystem. Role Purpose To build a robust, scalable and integrated enterprise technology architecture by: - Stabilizing and maximizing value from SAP S/4HANA - Establishing enterprise-wide data governance - Designing structured integration architecture - Building a Unified CRM and customer lifecycle monetisation engine - Creating a scalable IT roadmap aligned to 2x3x business growth Key Mandates ERP Ownership & SAP Stabilization (Critical Priority) - Own end-to-end governance of SAP S/4HANA across CPL and CTPL - Eliminate recurring data sync failures and master-data inconsistencies - Establish SAP as the single source of truth for finance and operations - Activate and optimize underutilized modules (Finance, SD, MM etc.) - Integrate payments and reconciliation fully into SAP - Implement structured change management and release governance Expected Outcome (1218 months): Stable ERP environment with near-zero recurring sync failures, improved module utilization and clean master data governance. Enterprise Architecture & Integration Orchestration - Audit and redesign existing middleware and integration landscape - Implement structured integration orchestration (API-first approach) - Reduce point-to-point integrations and manual dependencies - Define a 35 year enterprise systems blueprint Unified CRM & Customer Lifecycle Monetisation (Strategic Mandate) - Design and implement a Unified CRM strategy across Retail, Service and Enterprise businesses - Establish Single Customer View (SCV) and unified customer ID - Integrate CRM tightly with SAP and operational systems - Enable lifecycle tracking (acquisition purchase service upgrade enterprise conversion) - Build customer analytics dashboards for retention, repeat purchase, warranty, AMC and cross-sell - Drive measurable CRM-led revenue contribution Data Governance & Master Data Management Establish enterprise data ownership framework, standardize customer, item, vendor and pricing masters, automate validation controls and ensure reporting integrity for leadership and finance. IT Governance, Team & Vendor Management - Ensure near-zero downtime for mission-critical systems - Build structured vendor management framework - Rationalize overlapping tools and reduce vendor overdependence - Develop internal SAP and integration capability - Build disciplined IT PMO and ROI-based project governance Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: - 15+ years in enterprise IT leadership roles - Minimum 5+ years owning and stabilizing ERP (preferably SAP S/4HANA) - Proven experience in post-implementation ERP stabilization - Experience designing enterprise integration architecture - Experience leading CRM consolidation or enterprise CRM rollout - Retail / multi-location operational exposure preferred Core Capabilities: - Strong SAP functional and governance understanding - Enterprise integration architecture expertise - Master data governance implementation - CRM architecture and customer data modelling - Vendor governance and contract management - Strong program execution discipline and stakeholder management First 18-Month Impact Expectations - ERP stabilization roadmap and execution - Implementation of integration orchestration layer - Unified customer identity rollout - CRM-driven revenue intelligence dashboards - Payments fully integrated into SAP - Scalable enterprise IT architecture ready for next growth phase Description: Reporting To: Chief Financial Officer Location: Coimbatore (Travel as required) About the Organization Consolidated is a high-growth, multi-vertical enterprise operating across Retail Sales (CPL), Service Operations (CPL), and Enterprise/B2B Business (CTPL).
