As a Senior RF Hardware Design Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in the architecture, design, simulation, implementation, bring-up, and verification of RF and microwave hardware subsystems for aerospace and defence applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and optimizing RF/microwave circuits and subsystems up to 40 GHz - Performing RF system and circuit-level analysis - Developing and executing RF simulation models - Selecting and qualifying active/passive RF components - Defining component derating, worst-case analysis, and reliability considerations You will also contribute to RF subsystem architecture trade studies, lead antenna-to-baseband RF signal-chain design, define LO and clock architecture, guide RF PCB layout, and support mechanical and thermal integration. Additionally, you will be responsible for defining and executing RF test plans, performing prototype bring-up and lab debugging, supporting design readiness and qualification activities, and maintaining design documentation. Qualifications: - B.Tech / M.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering - 8+ years of hands-on RF/microwave circuit and subsystem design experience - Proficiency with at least two RF EDA tools - Strong command of RF test equipment - Experience designing with GaN/GaAs/SiGe/CMOS RFIC/MMIC devices - Familiarity with MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810, and MIL-HDBK-217 requirements - Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred qualifications include an M.S. or Ph.D. in RF/Microwave Engineering, experience with Radar, EW, or Telemetry systems, and familiarity with VHDL/Verilog or Python/MATLAB for test automation and signal processing support.
